In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Refund/Exchange Policy 

Please note that we do not accept any refund/exchange requests once order is confirmed and shipped out.
Due to personal hygiene issues, we also do not accept refund/exchange request for our products after they are used. Exchange requests will only be accepted if the order has not been shipped out and will be subjected to stocks availability. Please contact us for more information/clarification. 


In the event that your item arrives broken or faulty, please report within 3 days of getting the product and we will arrange for a replacement shipped out free of charge.


To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Shipment Policy

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping available for orders above SGD $80. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on your delivery location.

 

In the case of a lost mail/package, we reserve the right to investigate on a case by case basis, and our decision will be made final.

We currently only accept order shipment within Singapore.
