Boba Milk Tea

What’s bubble tea without milk tea? This essential guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how you can create your very own milk tea with our premium ingredients sourced all the way from Taiwan! Simple yet fulfilling below are the steps to satisfy your bubble tea cravings!


Serving: 1

Prep Time: 15 - 20 mins


Ingredients:

- 2 teaspoon of tea leaves ~3-8g (Jasmine Green Tea/ Guanyin Oolong Tea/ Black Tea Code 2/ Earl Grey Tea) Adjust according to preferences!

- 300 - 400 ml of water

- Ice

- 30g creamer powder

- 10-15 ml of cane sugar (this can be skipped if you're adding brown sugar pearls as toppings!)


Directions:

1. Put 2 teaspoons of tea leaves (~3-8g) into 80°C (Jasmine & Earl Grey)/ 90°C (Guanyin Oolong & Black Tea) water and steep for 10 - 15 mins.

2. Add in creamer powder (30g) into desired tea and stir thoroughly with a whisk to ensure clumps are dissolved.

3. Add 10-15 ml of cane sugar and stir to sweeten your milk tea. (This can be skipped if you are adding brown sugar pearls for toppings)

4. Add desired amount of ice cubes.

5. Add toppings of your desire to complete the milk tea i.e premium pearls (refer here for preparation directions)

6. Enjoy the milk tea!
