Matcha Latte/ Milk

For those matcha-lovers out there, this is curated specially for you! Coupled with various health benefits, this matcha latte/ milk recipe allows you to enjoy with no qualms!
Serving: 1 x 500ml
Prep Time: 5-10 mins
Ingredients:
- 20g of matcha powder
- 80 ml of water
- 1 cup of ice
- 30g of creamer powder/ 10-15 ml of sugar syrup
- 250 ml of milk
- Toppings
Directions:
1. Mix matcha powder (20g) with 80ml of 80°C water. (Not more than 80°C)
2. Add desired amount of ice, fresh milk, and sugar syrup or creamer (30g) into a fresh cup.
3. Add your favourite toppings (Look at our brown sugar tapioca pearls recipe here!)
4. Using a spoon, lay it (with the back facing up) onto the edge of the cup and pour in the matcha mix towards the back of the spoon to create a layer on top of the milk.
3. Enjoy your matcha latte/ milk tea!
