Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls

Stuck at home during this pandemic period? Here at +65BOBA, we want the best for our customers! Now you can create your very own premium brown sugar tapioca pearls from the comfort of your home to top it up in your bubble tea!


Serving: 1

Prep Time: 30 - 45mins


Ingredients:

- 1 serving of pearls (~30g)

- 250 ml of water

- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar syrup

- 10-15 ml of cane sugar syrup


Directions:

1. Put 1 serving amount of pearls into pot of boiling water and stir occasionally for 25 - 30 mins to prevent the pearls from sticking to the pot.

2. Turn off the flame and leave pearls in pot with lid covered to simmer for 10 mins.

3. Drain pearls and rinse under water.

4. Stir in desired amount of brown and cane sugar.

5. Top up your drink with the pearls and syrups*!


*Disclaimer:

1. The syrups left from the pearls will sweeten your drink hence reducing the need to add in any more sweeteners to your drinks!


2. The pearls are best consumed within 5 hours.
